Just wanted to say thank you, I was amazed you managed to get my Rug looking like new again, after trying all the other products on the market, I just thought I was going to have to bin it, which for a £450 rug would have been a crying shame. My Daughter was playing with a "ALIEN IN AN EGG" and the jelly substance that surrounds it stuck like glue to my rug, cannot believe they make such a toy. Rest assured that from now on I won't use any other carpet cleaner. I was most impressed with the organic product used, which proved far more effective than any standard product I have encountered in the past. The house smelt wonderful after you had finished and the fact that there was zero drying time was a huge bonus. In the past I have found that furniture can leave stains that are impossible to get out when other "wet" products are used on cream coloured carpets. A visitor has just remarked that she thought I had had new carpets laid! Many thanks once again and I will be in touch when they next need doing.

I used Steve's services over the weekend and the whole experience was great! The product did what it said on the tin. My carpets look amazing and there is a fresh smell at our place now.
